Hi, I’m Liz.
your Process Documentarian.
You already know the work needs to get documented.
I'm the person who comes in and does it.
I work with corporate leaders and agency owners to capture how work actually happens — not how it's supposed to happen — and turn it into clear, usable documentation their teams can follow or improve upon.
When you hire Time & Tide, you work with me. Not a team. Not a VA. Just focused experienced work, start to finish.
I work across two worlds, and I know both from the inside:
Corporate — New to a department or company and getting different answers about how things work? I build the documented picture of the current state so you can lead with clarity instead of guesswork.
Agency — Ready to get your processes out of people's heads and into something structured and usable? That's exactly what I do.
The hardest part of process documentation is usually starting. You bring the knowledge. I bring the questions, the structure, and the follow-through.
How I got here and why it matters
I spent years inside insurance agencies and corporate financial services operations. Long enough to watch the same thing happen over and over: whenever a team tried to improve something — a process, a handoff, a system — someone eventually had to stop and document how things actually worked first.
Nobody wanted to do that part. When leaders asked their own employees to document their processes, resistance showed up fast. Job security concerns. Extra workload. The quiet belief that if it isn't broken, why touch it?
I built Time & Tide around being the person willing to step in and do exactly that work. An outsider with no stake in how things have always been done — which, it turns out, is exactly why it works.
Most clients tell me the same two things when we're done: it moved faster than they expected, and they wish they'd done it sooner.
