This is a Media Appearance

If you’ve been featured in different media online, you may want to highlight it in a “Media Appearances” section.

We can accomplish this by creating a blog category called “Media Apperances,” and then creating blog posts within that category. This allows us to then display any of our blog posts within that category as its own “Media Appearances” section!

You may want to create a post like this one for a media appearance, where you embed a video or photos and provide a written transcript or some additional written context.

Or, you may prefer to have the link direct folks straight to the source material.

To do the latter, open up your post settings by clicking the gear icon next to the post. First, enter the source URL in the box provided, then click the “Link Post Title to Source URL” switch to turn it on. Now clicking on the post title will take folks directly to the source post on another site!
